The advantage of juicing is that it increases the potency of the ingredients contained in the juicer recipes. This is because it allows you to take in more of the nutritious substances contained inside the fruits and vegetables without filling up on the fibrous solid particles which also trap the micro nutrients, minerals, and vitamins making it harder for the body to absorb. By liquefying the ingredients, the solid part is removed and all that is left is concentrated goodness in liquid form. This allows us to create a glass of juice that contains the nutritional equivalent of several fruits instead of filling up eating just one fruit.
